10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These general terms are governed by French law applicable in Saint-Barthélemy.
In case of dispute and failing amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Basse-Terre in Guadeloupe, in accordance with territorial jurisdiction rules applicable to the Saint-Barthélemy Collective.
For disputes with consumers, the competent courts are those of the consumer's place of residence or place of delivery, in accordance with provisions of the Consumer Code.
